• Hello!
    My name is Kacie Schaefer, and I am the Lead Cook for Milroy Schools.  
     
     
      I am not only working towards meeting the requirements set forth by the Department of Education and the USDA, but I am also trying to meet the daily dietary needs of your children.  Don't think of me as your typical "Lunch Lady" with the ugly hairnets and the spoon slopping down the mystery meat on your child's plate!  I am here to help your child learn that school food can be nutritious and AWESOME!!

    All bread items, dinner rolls, garlic toast, noodles, tortillas and cereals are whole grain rich
    All days of the week unflavored 1% & skim are offered for both breakfast and lunch
    Chocolate skim is also offered (at all lunches and only M/W/F at breakfast)

    All breakfast juices are 100% juice
